Unlike other translation agencies, we DO NOT have a higher rate for translations of technical and other professional texts (medical, pharmaceutical, legal, financial, economic etc.).  Our standard (low) translation rate applies.

We translate technical/professional texts in 2 ways:

1. Standard translation: You send us a text, which we translate and return to you. This is all the contact you have with us.

2. A new approach to technical/professional translation: Due to the immense extent of technical/expert sciences, we have employed a NEW APPROACH to technical/professional translation. An approach that has immediately satisfied our clients, since translations are produced exactly as they are wanted, i.e. containing the names of machine units, spare parts etc.

NEW APPROACH TO TECHNICAL/PROFESSIONAL TRANSLATION!

This NEW APPROACH is NOT obligatory, however, it enhances a translation’s accuracy and consequently your satisfaction.

The field of technical science ranges from metallurgy to electronic circuits. Besides this, medical, pharmaceutical, legal and other professional fields are diverse, too. Consequently, even though a translator translates those technical/field-specific words correctly, they may not always be identical to the terms used in your company, since some companies use their own jargon.

But our NEW APPROACH effectively tackles this problem: Before the final submission of a translation – naturally if you agree with this and your time is not too limited – we send you a list of translated key technical/field-specific words (main machine units, components etc.) to be checked and approved. If your company uses a different term, you simply write it down and we include it in the translation. Such a check usually does not take more than 20 minutes. But the translation completely conforms to your requirements!

This approach is a genuine time and trouble saver: In the event of a machine breakdown, your employee immediately finds the description of a faulty component in an instruction manual or in a spare part catalogue. Sometimes, when a translator’s translations of certain terms are used (which are also correct, yet different than your established professional terms), doubts can arise if the employee detects a correct part in the manual or a spare part catalogue. Consequently, they can incorrectly undertake repairs or order the wrong spare parts. This will cost you money and time.
